My dinner tonight consisted of two slices of homemade apple pie, and some indeterminate amount of Haagen-Dazs Caramel Cone Explosion ice-cream. So bad, but oh so good. Baking is so rewarding.

I love the way snow brightens up everything. The light coming from my window is bright, bright white light, and it just makes me smile. It finally feels like December, and I can't wait for Christmas. They say Christmas in New York is beautiful.
I want a Christmas/Winter layout. I'll find some time between studying...

So on the one hand, I'm thrilled that my umbrella "borrower" returned my umbrella today. On the other hand, I really want to know who it was - who on earth just takes an umbrella that's drying outside in the hall? They could've knocked on the door and asked! Although, perhaps it was maintenance staff... I guess I won't know.
